Where is Eagle Custom Apparel located?

Our production facility and headquarters are located in Spring, Texas. Our physical address is 26302 I-45 North, Spring, TX 77386. While we serve local businesses and schools throughout the Greater Houston area, we also fulfill and ship custom apparel orders nationwide.

Our shop is open to serve you during the following hours:

What custom apparel printing services do you offer?

We offer a comprehensive suite of in-house apparel decoration services. Depending on your design, fabric, and order size, our capabilities include Screen Printing, premium Embroidery, full-color Sublimation, and high-detail Direct to Film (DTF) transfers.

What is the difference between Screen Printing and Direct to Film (DTF)?

Screen Printing is the best choice for bold designs and high-volume orders. It lays down vivid, highly durable ink, making it the most cost-effective option for large batches of team shirts or event apparel.

Direct to Film (DTF) is best for highly detailed, full-color artwork in smaller runs. DTF transfers allow for sharp, complex graphics on almost any material (cotton, polyester, blends) without the high minimum order quantities required by traditional screen printing.

When should I choose Sublimation over traditional printing?

You should choose Sublimation when you want full-color, edge-to-edge custom gear. Because sublimation infuses the design directly into the fabric, the graphic will never crack, peel, or fade. It is our top recommendation for cut-and-sew athletic jerseys, arm sleeves, and activewear.

Do you offer promotional products other than clothing?

Yes. Our Promotional Products division helps you put your logo on everyday items. We source and customize drinkware, bags, pens, koozies, and trade show giveaways to keep your brand in front of clients long after an event ends.
