Sublimation is where custom apparel gets truly custom. Instead of printing on top of a garment, sublimation dyes your design directly into the fabric, so it becomes part of the material itself—edge to edge, seam to seam, with color that never cracks, peels, or fades.

Built Into the Fabric

The design is created top to bottom, printed onto solid white cloth, then heat-processed so the pigment permanently dyes the material.

For cut-and-sew pieces, the fabric is then laser-cut and sewn together—meaning your design covers the entire garment with no print to wear out over time.

Sublimation is our go-to for full-color, all-over custom gear: cut-and-sew uniforms, hoodies, arm sleeves, and a wide range of accessories.

Because the color is dyed into the fabric, you can include as many print locations as you like—front and back numbers, sleeve logos, and more—without adding to your cost. And unlike screen-printed or tackle-twill jerseys, it's easy to add a single piece later when you pick up a new player.
